I've had severe periods for years, and got diagnosed with severe endometriosis in May. These products (along with Lilas menstrual patches) make my periods much more manageable. I would caution that Cramp Aid should be taken with food, even if it's the middle of the night.

I love Cramp Aid, I have been able to manage my cramps with these supplements for 3 years now!
